Which size is the right one for me?

The sizes available in the online store “9 mēneši” are based on the common European size table and are specified in the “Sizes” section. If any of the manufacturers have specific sizes, the tables with these sizes can be found in the form of a picture next to the item in the catalogue.

How do I know if the selected item is in stock?

All the items that appear in the online store www.9menesi.lv are available for purchase. If any of the sizes are sold out, it will no longer be appear. Please note that while the item is in the “Shopping Cart”, someone else may still choose it until you have finalized your purchase and made the payment.

Do you deliver internationally?

We ensure shipping to any country around the world.

How soon will I be able to receive my order and how much will the delivery cost?

We offer our clients 3 ways to receive their orders:

1) Omniva parcel machine – 5 EUR (when filling in the contact info form, please indicate a specific parcel machine from the list);

2) Omniva courier – 9 EUR (when filling in the contact info form, please specify the delivery address (with zip code) and your phone number);

3 Latvijas Pasts postal services – 5 EUR (around Latvia), 12 EUR – internationally.

Can the delivery address be changed when the item has already been sent out?

After the order has been sent to delivery, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Can I add any items to an already finalized order?

It is not possible to combine or add anything to an already processed order. In such cases a separate order will have to be made.

How will I know that the store has received the order and when will it be processed?

After placing the order you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. After receiving the confirmation of the order, within 1-2 business days you will receive a prepayment invoice which will have to be paid in a certain amount of time. If any of the items ordered will be out of stock, we will contact you with information about alternative solutions.

How can I return an item?

The Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) of the Republic of Latvia and the regulatory Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” (Cabinet Regulations No.255) state that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the item purchased in the online store back to the seller. Paragraph 12, Section 6 of the CRPL states that in the case of the Distance Contract with the return of the item purchased “the consumer is responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the item in the period of realization of the right of withdrawal. We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the purchased item in order to not get the item physically damaged externally when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contract. The store “9 mēneši” reserves the right to refuse to accept an item which has been damaged or is not complete. In order to agree upon the return of the purchased item, please send a request to the e-mail address 9menesi@gmail.com stating the number and date of the order as well as filling in the “Product return” form attached to the order and alongside the order send it via mail to us or arrive at the store "9 mēneši' on Stabu street 46/48, Riga, in person and return the item (“Product return” form must definitely be filled in when returning an item to our store "9 mēneši" on Stabu street 46/48, Riga).

Items purchased on SALE is nonrefundable and are not accepted for returns!

We do not accept returns, in case the goods have been discounted.

Ltd. “9 mēneši” do not cover any return and exchange costs.

Can the items that are available in the online store be bought in the store “9 mēneši” (Stabu street 46/48)?

Yes, but the offer (sizes, colours, prices and quantity) may differ from the offer in the online store.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, but all the orders with the value up to EUR 15 have a service fee of EUR 2. The service fee will not be applicable if the total cost of your purchase is at least EUR 15.
